Embracing creativity and inclusivity

My mission

Where creativity meets inclusivity in the world of hairstyling! Colouring on the Spectrum is a movement led by me, an Autistic ADHD stylist with a vision to revolutionise the hair industry and make it a more welcoming space for neurodivergent stylists and clients alike.

My priority here is accessibility so I have used Bionic reading throughout my site. Bionic Reading is great for some neurodivergent brains when absorbing large amounts of written information.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Meg, the visionary behind Colouring on the Spectrum. As an Autistic ADHD stylist, I understand firsthand the challenges faced in an industry that often struggles to embrace neurodiversity. After years working for myself by myself to accommodate myself. I decided I wanted more, more for myself and more for my clients and other stylists who felt the same.

Inclusive Work Environment

Colouring on the Spectrum is not just a movement for clients; it's also a community for neurodivergent stylists. I want to help all salons and hair organisations foster an inclusive work environment where neurodivergent stylists can flourish.

Having a team that is comprised of talented individuals from various neurodivergent backgrounds will bring a unique perspective to the art of hairstyling. To do this we need to address the issues within our industry and realise we are hugely underappreciating our neurodivergent talent.
