Payment is due in full and upfront when placing any custom wig
Any added extras requested after the order has been placed will need to be paid for at the time of the request.
Shipping:
Shipping to the UK is free of charge
Shipping to the US is calculated at checkout
All shipping methods are tracked and signed for.
Returns:
Just a heads up that due to wig hygiene, I can't accept returns. I totally get wanting to find the perfect fit, but since wigs go on your head, I gotta keep things sanitary for everyone. Also as all my pieces are made to order for you once you have placed your order I am not able to accept any cancellations or returns.
No worries though! Here's how to score the right wig first try:
Measure your noggin: Grab a tape measure and see what size dome you're rocking. This will help you pick a comfy wig. (See measuring guide)
Research: get googling, if you are new to wigs I highly recommend a google and a youtube to get to grips with wig expectations.
